Supervision & Consultation

Since 2015, I have provided clinical supervision to a variety of helping professionals in both community and post-secondary settings. Most recently, I have provided clinical supervision to Master of Counselling Psychology student interns completing their placements within a post-secondary environment, supporting the development of their clinical skills, case conceptualization, ethical decision-making, and professional identity.

Clinical supervision and consultation provide a dedicated space to reflect on your clinical work, deepen case conceptualization, and support your ongoing professional development. Whether you're navigating complex cases, integrating new therapeutic approaches, building confidence in your clinical decision-making, or simply looking for a space to think alongside another therapist, supervision can offer both support and perspective.

My approach is collaborative, curious, and grounded in creating a reflective environment where you feel comfortable exploring questions, uncertainties, and challenges without judgment. Together, we'll build on your existing strengths while supporting your growth as a clinician in a way that aligns with your values, style, and professional goals.

My approach is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches..
